How can I help
I have a quiet private consultation room, which is easily accessed. Here I offer a warm, safe, comfortable, relaxing, and confidential space where you will not be judged, but you will be treated with empathy and respect, whatever gender, sexuality or relationship style you identify with, or background you come from.
Here I will support and listen to you, and together we can explore the issues or difficulties you are experiencing so that we can start to make sense of them.
I will never tell you what to do, as only you, are in a position to know what is best for you.
But I will support you in looking at your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours that may be holding you back from making the positive changes you wish for.

I will always be honest, which may sometimes involve gently challenging in a way that may reveal alternative perspectives or insights into your difficulties.
Our work together will always be totally confidential, the only exception is if I had serious concerns regarding either your safety, or the safety of others. If so, I will always speak to you about this in the first instance.
I am a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and abide by their code of ethics.
I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check certificate.
